Membership is open to those who served with 1-40th CAV, their families, Gold Star families, and supporters who believe in preserving our history and strengthening our community.

Membership Form

Join the formation.

Create your association account and submit your membership application together. Your account will remain limited until the association completes its review and approves your membership.

What Happens Next

Your account is created when the application is submitted, but it does not receive member access until the association approves the application. An association representative will review the information and contact you using the email address or phone number provided. Submitting this form does not publish your private contact information.
